Dear family of God,

Do you consider yourself blessed? As I take time to think about this I realize it really has nothing to do with where I live or what I possess, if I am loved or if I am alone. The one thing that is above all others is my relationship with God.

When I think about standing before the Holiness, the Mighty Eternal Father, my legs melt before me. Just think of His Majesty for a moment. How do you feel? Are you trembling in fear and shame or are you kneeling with joyful tears streaming down your face?

What does blessing look like? Being forgiven of all my sins and knowing I am welcome in the awesome presence of God! I will never be able to describe the mercy of the Lord over my life. The many times I should have died, yet I am still here to spread His Word around.

We are in trying times, in case you haven't noticed. And sometimes my heart is gripped with pain for all the lost and suffering. People are beginning to question whether or not they really believe Jesus is the Son of God. They are longing for change, but their circumstances just don't. It's going to be alright. But, not until you have a blessed assurance that Jesus is your Salvation.

More and more we are hearing the call to repentance. To humbly come before the Lord and ask for forgiveness and healing. Every day I wake wondering if this will be the day that I meet Him.

We will someday! But know without a doubt that as His child, we still need to kneel and confess our sins. What used to be assumed  as just a small thing has now become something to be revealed and brought into the Light. Then, return back to the Father.

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, "If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land."

If you want God to provide for you there needs to be changed behavior. Read in chapters 6-7 about Solomon; his prayer and God's conditions.

First, humble yourself by admitting your sins. Second, pray to God, asking for fogiveness. Third, Search for God continually, and Fourth, turn from sinful habits. True repentance is more than talk, it is changed behavior. This goes true for us as individuals or as a whole nation.

I am delighted to share with you that God's character is loving and ready to receive each person who comes humbly to Him. Read this in Psalm 103:8-12...

"The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy and loving-kindness. He will not always chide or be contending, neither will He keep His anger forever or hold a grudge. He has not dealt with us after our sins nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great are His mercy and loving-kindness toward those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us."

Praise the name of the Lord! This is our greatest blessing! So no matter if the fires become hotter and our homes are gone, our lives are in the shelter of His Love. Psalm 91.

Jesus knows all about your troubles today. That is why He came to bring you peace. A deep, perfect kind of peace that can't be explained.

John 3:16-17. Do you know it? I am sure you have heard this good news. This is His call!

"For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) HIm shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal life."

"For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him." Amen.

Do you believe in Him? Please come. I know He is calling us. Don't wait to do another good deed, drop more money in the offering plate, smile though your heart is heavy. God only wants your heart and sweet relationship with you. He made you for this. All the emptiness will fall away like dust from your hard heart. He is where you will find fresh life, living water and bread from heaven.

I am praying for you. I know God has great and wonderful things to show you. He alone is your Blessing. Hear the voice of Jesus. He is calling. God bless you in the matchless, unchanging name that is above all other names; the name of Jesus, Son of the Living God, amen.

Abundance is...He is calling for us to come home
