It's morning again,

This question is on my mind and maybe for you too. Is it well with my soul? Although earlier than I normally write, I am feeling compelled to just pray. Will you join me?

Father in Heaven, thank you for this new day. Your mercies are new every morning and your faithfulness endures through every challenge we face. The sun hasn't come up yet, but I know You see each of us whether in this time zone or another around the world. You are mighty, all powerful, all knowing, eternal and so we praise You today!

There are many who will cross our path today that are lonely. Let us be encouragers and fill our hearts with kindness toward them. There are many who are anxious and worried. Use us to bring a measure of peace to them, even in passing. There are many who are completely lost. Help us to be that lighthouse that leads them to a true place of safety in Your arms.

Make our lives be reflections of perfect love as we meet with challenges. Help our desires to come in line with what Your heart desires. When the battle rages, give us strength to keep pressing on. Fill our hearts with the joy that comes with knowing You. Teach us Your ways, oh Lord.

Holy Spirit, we have been given the counsel of the Father's heart and fruits that bear more fruit. Show us where we need direction. Teach us how to walk where Jesus is. Remind us to bring every thought before the throne of grace.

Lord Jesus, You are a wonderful friend. May we know you intimately. Place a hunger and thirst for The Word, for You. We take the cup of living water that you offer us and drink deeply today. We are so blessed to be in Your presence every moment of every day.

Thank you Father for choosing us. Lord Jesus for redeeming our lives from the pit. Holy Spirit for placing an eternal seal upon our lives. Thank you that our name is written down and that soon we will see You face to face.

As I go about my business today and you have things to take care of too; know that you are loved, highly prized and dear to God's heart. It really can be well with your soul, all the time. Have a sweet time with your Lord and Savior today. Trust Him with all your heart and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways seek Him and you will find your soul worshipping God and loving Him with all that is in you. Amen?
